I lived at Briarhill from May 2006 to June 2007. It was a total nightmare. Due to issues with the management we were told that they didnt want "people like us" living there and if we left at the end of the lease there would be no penalties. So we left and of course 9 months later they're saying we owe them $3,000 dollars for a variety of things. The claim they mailed us a bill 9 months ago and the first ive heard of any bill is from the collection agency that called today. My boyfriend and I are white and they didnt want us living there. So its so conveient that 9 months later they are charging us for that --------. They were bugs, water was turned off 3 times a month for repairs, trash was everywhere, our apt. there was broken into and dog crap was everywhere. They didnt want us living there among the drug users, gang bangers and sex offenders because we actually followed the law.
