Not a nice place to live. Predominately hispanic, noisy and overrun by unsupervised kids everywhere. The racial tension between --------- and whites was alarming. Police are often called for domestic violence, robberies and property damage related reports. The water situation is out of control. No hot water and noisy pipes. Pets were not allowed by were everywhere. Should be condemned. Located in the middle of the Fullerton ghetto.
