I've lived here at Capri since August of 2006 -- I LOVED living here. You could find parking on the street up to 10pm.

Overtime Capri became very popular and more "students" started living here. In that, parking became VERY difficult -- from being able to park at 10pm to now 7pm.

Aside from that -- PEOPLE HAVE BEEN BREAKING INTO CARS ON THE STREET!!

A fellow roomie got his CAR STOLEN -- it wasn't even parked at the bottom of the hill -- it was near the CAPRI entrance.

So if you're thinking about living here MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE TO PARK ON THE STREET!

-- Another thing, since "students" started moving in, there's a lot more garbage outside. This isn't the maintenance's fault - they do the best that they can to keep the grounds clean. They'rs so friendly and do their best to fix anything that breaks.

Also, management is very friendly -- they too do their best to accommodate any and all concerns.

Although, the grounds aren't the most exciting thing -- the interior of each unit is great.

So again -- and let me repeat this with some CLARITY. It's NOT management, it's NOT maintenance, it's the PEOPLE that live here, and those that visit them that give you an issue.

PARKING IS HORRIBLE and not the SAFEST if you're on the STREET.

i agree... i too live in this complex and am moving out in july 2007 and am VERY HAPPY! place has gotten really ghetto. everytime i left my place i felt i had to worry about my apartment, that maybe something might happened to it. if i left during the week for work or the weekend, the safety of my apartment was always lurking at the back of my mind. not to mention recently since "students" have moved in a great deal of cars have been broken into and stoled. tip to the students: "GET A JOB!" a year ago it was great, quiet, peaceful and safe. cars blocking garages wasnt too much of a problem until now. management needs to start calling the towing companies and get those cars out of the way. theres a RED LINE FOR A REASON. all the careless people that now live there just get me angered. a great place to reside, now turned into "dorm rooms."
