When I first moved in with my roommates in 2006, the place was not bad. There were many families that lived there with their children, so it was fairly quiet. The place is a pretty good deal. All of the units are 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with a fridge and washer/dryer inside the unit. The maintenance crew is always on top of everything. They respond to work requests almost immediately. Pretty much the only bad thing about the apartment was the parking. There were three of us that lived in the unit but we had to rotate between 2 garage spots so one of us would always have to park on the street. But finding parking on the street is just about impossible because the Capri shares their street parking with the complex next door so it's pretty much always packed after 7pm so if you have to run errands or something, you have to be home before 7pm. However, within the past few months, many students have moved in and the place has gotten very ghetto. They block people into their garage, they don't know how to drive through the complex so they ram their cars into the garages making them inoperable, they have late night parties, they play loud music and it's just gotten a little unsafe. Parking on the street has become unsafe too. I have seen numerous car windhsields shattered and know of a few tenants that have either gotten their car broken into or stolen. It's gotten scary so we're glad to be moving out.
