I am a college student who moved in with some of my roommates. Capri has THE WORST parking situation known to man! If you do not get home early good luck finding somewhere to park. Two complexes are fighting for street parking. They rip you off when it comes to only giving you 1 parking spot when there is 3 bedrooms to consider. It may seem like a good deal but the washer always breaks. My car was broken into as well as many other cars and they weren't quit to fix my garage door when someone store my 2 12" subs. They claimed it was MY fault. The area looks nice but it fooled me. Capri has a high theft rate. Be careful!
