Cinnamon Ridge is definetly nicer than most apartments I've seen in the area, but it's not worth what they charge. My fiance and I moved in in March, and our rent is $1250 a month. (Plus an additional $100 or so for utilities!) We recently found out our upstairs neighbor is renting the same size one-bedroom appartment for over $100 less than us. There are no set prices it just depends on what day you happen to walk into the leasing office. The property is kept up fairly well, at least on the surface. Most of the maintenence and repairs are done just well enough to appease the people from Arnel's corporate office who do a walk thru every month or so. The parking is limited. Another problem is the everchanging management. There is someone new every 6 weeks. We have had a huge problem with ants in our kitchen and restroom. If you plan on moving here, don't think you'll use the "convenient" laundry room. Its $1 to wash $1 to dry and 9 times out of 10 your clothes aren't even dry! It's just frusterating that there aren't amenities that you would expect from such a pricey community. Bottomline - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
