These buildings were put up a very long time ago. The outsides have been redone and they do things to the insides inbetween renters. But that's about it.

It's in a good school area, so they raise the rent every year and want a great deal of money based on the "average" for Orange County. Not worth more than 1,300.00 a month for a 1 bedroom! Really a ripoff
