Arnel Management also happens to own the utility company that collects on your gas, water, and--"rubbish". Even when I was gone for extended periods of time, my bill was still about the same. I liked the vaulted ceiling apartment, location by the front entrance to be able to monitor whenever guests arrived. The front security booth is for show--they never had security there so I don't know why that was built in the first place. Management was friendly so my only qualm is that they took nearly all my deposit when I moved out, even though I had left it in good condition. The fees for what they deducted were ridiculous and because rent was to increase the next year, I left. I never saw tenants living there for an extended period of time. There was a constant flow of people moving in and out. My neighbor, who moved in after me, moved out before me. Don't leave your laundry unattended though--even though this is advertised to be a "luxury" apartment complex, it's open grounds... a pair of jeans were stolen from my load. I started doing my laundry at a place down gilbert and imperial. It's a way's, but the windy road is a nice drive and there are many coffee/boba/book shops and food/shopping places to pass the time. The study lounge is a nice place to study or relax. No one uses it except for your occasional parties; to secure it you just put down a deposit and when you return the keys, they give you back your check. Dishwasher didn't work, but that was fine because I hand washed my dishes anyway but I suppose for someone who cares, that would be annoying.
