I Lived at this apt for about a year and half, actually they are good in a lot aspects. Most of the residents there are Koreans, and they are polite and respectful, except if you live with some family who has bad teenagers, they will party quite alot and always get into noisey argument with their parent, and that is what happen on me. but overall the community is quiet and safe. never heard any car broke-in or stolen. no gang or drug at all. no police visit in a year and half. the maintenance staff are good too, they are usually being on time for repairing and really helpful. Here are couple major problems i got in this a year and half. Got my mom's tow w/o any notice left, that freaks my mom out that morning, figuring out lately that they tow my mom's car 3 at morning. the manager is keeping changing, there is a new manager every 2-3 month. and it's getting worse. don't ever think you are gonna get your deposit back. i got my fairly new brake kit stolen from my carpot. and it is overpriced at here
