The #1 most dysfunctional, filthy apartment complexe in all of Fullerton

The point of CITYPOINTE APARTMENTS is not to ever move-in to this apartment building. It has one of the most dysfunctional leasing, management and maintenance staff in all of Orange County. Sub-triennium parking leaks from the parking above leaving huge white marks all over your car, eating the wax completely off your car and down into the clear-coat of your car. Management and its leasing staff are the rudest and most unprofessional group of people you have ever met. They are totally fake, shrub off any complaints, reverse complaints to be of your own fault. The maintenance staff is so uneducated that they do not know how to fix the simplest of things within your apartment. If you are a handyman living here your skills will come in handy as your skills probably will be more reliable then those who are hired to do such jobs. Barging into apartments while occupied is common by the maintenance staff. I was in the bathroom showering when I heard a noise, I looked out my shower curtain to find a maintenance workers standing there stating, ?I?m here to fix your sliding glass door screen?. I screamed at him, ?to get out of my apartment?. I hurried to dress, not even able to finish my shower because I heard a noise still. Upon further inspection I found the same maintenance person trying to fix my front sliding glass-door screen. I asked the maintenance person who allowed him into my apartment and why he was standing staring at me in my shower' His response, ?I just had a work order to fix your sliding glass-door screen?. He did not apologize and continued working on this screen while I stood there in with wet hair! I screamed at him to get out of my apartment before I called the police! There is no security feature to stop anyone with a pass key from entering your apartment at any given time. I complained to the leasing office and they just stated they would look into the matter; they never even apologized! Now for the second time my car has been splattered do to the rain with this white mud-substance that eats through your wax and will eat through your clear coat if not washed immediately. The parking is sub-triennium and every time it rains this mud will leak onto your car. Complain to management and they will state ?it is sub-triennium parking there is nothing we can do?. Both the manager and its staff will give you a snotty look and an eye of total discuss that you even brought this to their attention. Anytime you request anything from the Management or its leasing staff you get the same snotty, immature look. This white mud substance I had analyzed and come to find out it is cement mortar; the very reason why it will eat through to your paint on your car. They rent to college kids who live six or more to an apartment and carry-on like fools from Thursday night through Monday early morning. The college kids have no respect for others and will curse at you when you walk down a hall way area. I have found guys and girls urinating in the hallways during their little parties without a care to the world. A gang occupies the 4th floor area and they let you know it real quick that they are in charge. They will vandalize your vehicle and much more. Complain to the office management or its leasing staff and you get the same glazed eye look and very rude responses that do not solve the problems. The building is pretty full now and parking has become a nightmare, with the college kids letting their friends inside to park instead of using the guest parking outside the gated area. Many cars have been keyed, hit, or vandal by these punk college kids. Management and its leasing staff responses are ?you signed a lease and you can not break your lease?. They offer no solution to the problems. Police are here just about every weekend. Facilities on property are used by these hoodlums and will not allow you to use the facilities while they are around. Citypointe keeps the pool so dirty and does not even wash down the furniture at all. This white dusk/powder comes into your apartments through the A/C ? Heating ducts and that is a total nightmare to clean constantly. This powder/white dust is once again cement mortar dust that you not only have to clean but also breathe anytime you use the A/C ? Heating in your apartment. The manager think she knows everything and you are wrong and she is right is the attitude you will get from her. I would have to say this is the worse living environment of apartment living I have ever rented from. The onsite management / leasing staff does not care, the owners, The Morgan Group, Inc. refer you back to your manager; from there you start all over again. I have 7 months left to my lease and I count down each day as if I were in prison living here paying this high rent for nothing but --------! I would not recommend anyone to rent from, do not take the fakeness from the leasing individuals when you arrive here for it is a total faade of the real truth living here at the CITYPOINTE APARTMENTS. Screw this place and its high rent I much rather live in an older complex where things do get done correctly the first time around and where the management actually cares about its tenants. Anything owned by The Morgan Group, Inc. Stray far from it seems to be a problem throughout all properties owned by The Morgan Group, Inc. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
