Citypointe

So, I don't know what to believe when I read these reviews. I'm set to move in to Citypointe at the end of April and I wanted some honest advice while I'm still able to cancel my lease.
I'm a young professional out of college and love the Fullerton nightlife. I work traditional hours with a nearby company. I love the area and fell in love with the complex.
I'm young enough to still enjoy the college scene, but can't stand obnoxious frat guys. Is this the place for me'
Thanks

The answer is NO. Do not allow the Citypointe Management and Leasing Staff over shadow the real truth behind Fullerton's worse apartment building to reside. The reviews are very true the only reviews that are not true are those YES reviews that were written by Citypointe's very own Management and Leasing Staff individuals who want a more favorable review so that others will lease an apartment. It woul dbe a big mistake to sign a lease agreement prior to reading all the reviews. The gangs are here, the junior college kids are here and treat this place like a party building instead of a quiet apartment building as it should be. Good luck to you and your search but if your search lands you here happy trails to you and welcome to Citypointe of trash. Be aware of your surrounding everywhere until you know you are safe in your apartment, thena gain are you? Maintenance seems to come in anytime they wish and sometime sforgets to lock the doors behind them. So you take your own guess on living here at Fullerton's worse nightmare of all apartments.
