The worse place to rent from, Citypointe Apartments

I have lived here at Citypointe Apartments almost a year now and during this time I have seen an apartment building go from filthy to a complete rat hole. I had the pleasure of meeting the first manager of the building and soon found she had resigned from her position as building manager, do to job related stress. I felt really bad about her situation, but given the circumstances surrounding the Citypointe Apartments, being a new building, and then having a person like the Assistant Manager trying her best to become manager, I found myself not to be surprised at all.

These apartment reviews are a good way for tenants to express their disgusts for the new Manager and the Leasing Staff individuals. In reading the reviews it does look as if the Citypointe manager and the Leasing Staff are trying to cover this disasters found by current residents. The entire ?NO? reviews do hold strong opinions as too many tenants disgust and dismay living here at Citypointe.

I did some research and found that the City of Fullerton receives numerous complaints in regards to the living conditions found here at Citypointe Apartments. The Fullerton City Planning Department stated, ?Citypointe has been a thorn in Fullerton?s side sense the very beginning of construction.?

I can only add to and back-up the entire NO reviews because I have gone through the same exact problem areas, and still to this date none of the problems have been addressed. It is true about the Management and Leasing Staff in regards to there utterly unprofessional attitudes when a problem is addressed to them. I have had my share of trying to deal with the Citypointe Manager and the Leasing Staff and have not had any kind of resolution to the problems at hand. The more the building became full the worse the problems have gotten. Now almost one year later the building sits at almost full capacity and yes it is everything that has been written and a lot more. The tension and anger between neighbors and young youth college students is intolerable. The parking is a big problem and in the rainy season your car will be damaged by this white powder that leaks down into the bottom of the parking structure from the top floor above. Thank god we live in S. CA. so are rainy season does not last all that long, but still the Management and Leasing Staff are so ignorant when being approached it is an outrage.

The property management company, the owners of Citypointe Apartments, when they are called upon they seem very polite and professional. Even being polite and professional still does not resolve tenant / landlord problems and all problems will go unaddressed. They sit in the leasing office and never leave there seats unless they have a perspective new resident inquiring. Everything seems great until you sign your lease agreement and then Citypointe turns 180 degrees in the wrong direction and soon the Manager and Leasing Staff become intolerable with their very poor attitudes and follow through skills. The only thing they do get correct is to show you the lease agreement you sign and how you must fulfill the obligations set forth within the lease agreement. This is Citypointe Apartments way of addressing very bad situations at times and even the smallest of problems the Manager has its maintenance staff try to fix your problem. The Maintenance Staff is as good as it gets when it comes to The Three Stooges running amuck. It takes multiple trips for them to fix a problem; they never show up on time and then enter your apartment before you can even answer your door. I found this very disturbing and very intrusive. I had spoken to the Manager about this problem only to get a very dirty look from her and a comment of we are working on that' Working on what' Not one thing has been corrected, only bad things have been added. The Citypointe Manager and Leasing Staff are very ignorant of what happens after hours. I would not recommend renting from Citypointe Apartments to anyone.
