I find the activities of the manager and the leasing staff here at Citypointe Apartments to be juvenile. Writing in your own reviews to make the Citypointe Apartments look good when the truth is known nothing is good here at Citypointe. The most intolerable review is the review where somebody went over the line and called a female for whom Citypointe feels might have written a bad review is going way over the line. Citypointe be warned about a little law called declamation of character.
Citypointe before downing a tenant or having another person do this for you only adds fuel to what already is an explosive situation of constant problems at Citypointe. Citypointe Management and Leasing Staff if you found more time to address the constant on going problems at Citypointe you might get something accomplished.
Citypointe Apartments is one big facade of the truth when living here. You show perspective tenants these nice apartment models and you hurry them back into your leasing office so as to avoid letting them see the real truth that waits for them if they sign the lease agreements. I agree with George and his statements in regards to all of the problems here at Citypointe. The Manager and Leasing Staff are of the most ignorant type of people you can come across; very two faced and only wish one thing from you as a perspective new tenant, that being signing the lease agreement only to shove it in their faces when problems arise. These unfair practices must be known to the public.
Flyer on tenants doors and little letters you send around do not fix problems but only add to more waste. Citypointe is out of control allowing multiple residents to occupy one apartment, allowing parking situations to become over-crowed and very dangerous. From loud parties to rollerblading in the hallways it is one nightmare after another. Citypointe, what is with this white dust so many people have complained about' I have addressed the leasing staff on this issue and the manager on this issue and suddenly you all go blind. Going blind while the sun shined worked out pretty good, but along came winter rain and messed up multiple cars from leaking ceilings in the subterranean parking. The flooding of water down the common hallways made for much fun for these colleges little brats who used the moments to rollerblade, ride bicycles, scooters, etc. All the hallways are marred with black marks to graffiti' The graffiti is also being etched into the elevators; how nice for visitors to see.
Citypointe Apartments is the worse situation I have ever come across and I wish I had never signed a lease agreement. I can not wait to move out of this party heaven for little kids from Jr. College. The manager and the leasing staff do not have an ounce of brains to figure out that prior to renting the apartments they bring in there parents to make things look good, but when it comes time for move-in, out goes the parents and in comes multiple Jr. college roommates who treat this place like it was a dorm of some sort.
Citypointe Apartments is nothing more then a rat-trap to trap good citizens (tenants) to move in and find all of this happening around them or next-door to them. I highly recommended seeking another place to rent, other then the Citypointe Apartments where everything and anything goes and management allows it to happen. Little flyers are not the answer Citypointe management and staff! The NO reviews are correct! Do not rent from here, it is highly over-priced and highly understaffed with proper management and leasing staff to address major problems!
