The Largest Citypointe of TRASH!

I recently made the biggest mistake and signed into a lease agreement with Citypointe Apartments. I had read some of the reviews but I figured maybe they were just from disgruntled tenants of some sort; but to my surprise they were not from your typical disgruntled tenants.
I have a one bedroom on the 4th floor where as the reviews go the parties are endless and the aggravation from neighbors is so overwhelming at times I can just cry. I have called the leasing office and have also written the district office but for some reason nobody responds or takes action against those who are breaking the rules.
At Citypointe the rules are thrown out the windows as soon as you sign into a lease agreement. The leasing staff is very disrespectful and the manager and the looks she gives you are so unprofessional it is hard to explain. A total lack of knowledge as to reality of being a tenant here at Citypointe once the leasing office is closed.
The Manager is intolerable to deal with as is the leasing staff; apparently it is monkey see monkey do in the leasing office and they do it very well. I actually think a monkey could manage this situation better then the current manager and leasing staff.
Parking is a nightmare, landscaping is over-grown; the pool is basically a toilet for the party goers from Thursday until early Monday morning. Skateboarding, bicycle riding, scooters all have racing events on the weekends. There is no peace of mind living here at Citypointe. Living here is one constant headache after another. These J.C, students run a muck of everything and ruin everything in there path. They make rude comments to other residents as you pass them; it makes you feel like running at times to your door. Guys urinate any place they feel free the need to relieve themselves. Sex acts take place right in the hallways of the building and sometimes they even film these sexual acts by one or two guys on one girl at once.
I have complained over 6 times to the manager and nothing gets corrected. The leasing office sends out letter (as if these college twits are going to read them) stating, ?Be respectful to other tenants and keep noise levels down?. Oh please! That is the best the leasing office / Management can do; a total clown act that takes place in the leasing office.
My car has been vandalized now 3 times; Fullerton Police told me that this building has constant complaints and many calls to respond to parties and fights. The officer told me if I could it would be best for me to move. I told him I was locked into a lease, he advised seek legal action against the management.
A word to the wise; do not rent from Citypointe; do not take their kindness as something to be real because it is just the opposite after you sign that lease. The rents are very high and you can find a condo for equal or less value and have better living conditions. I highly do not recommend leasing from Citypointe, Fullerton.
