Pointless to rent in such Trashy Conditions!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I moved into the Citypointe Apartments in December prior to knowing about this apartment review site. I wish I would have done a little more research prior to moving into this college frat house of a nightmare.
The truth has been written in every negative review and I have personally witnessed and had have trouble with the gang members myself. Fuller you are not alone in your plea for help. I am also locked into my lease agreement which the manager makes it very clear to you when approached. The manager and the entire leasing staff are the worst people I have ever come across living in apartments. I figured these brand new apartments would be different from the old apartment style living but I have found just the opposite in fact even it being worse.
Management and leasing staff take no initiative to take control of Citypointe Apartments; they all act like complete airheads in dealing with problem issues. Sending letters around thinking that will stop JC juveniles from doing what they do best, partying and making a nuisance of themselves. The police are a common appearance on the weekends and more recently during the week; most likely do to spring break.
Parking is a total nightmare and abandoned cars are common. Some of the cars don?t even belong to people living at Citypointe but they do belong to the friends of the gang members so it?s best to leave that situation alone! Maintenance crews are useless and do not know how to do the simplest of things. They always require to be called out three to four times to fix something so simple.
I highly recommend future tenants wishing to move to a better location to over look the Citypointe Apartments. All you will find is fakeness in the leasing office, until you sign your lease and then it is one big pit-fall of ignorance. Citypointe really has no point at all, except for being Fullerton?s worst apartments. It is all a faade from the outside and in the inside when the leasing office closes it becomes hells kitchen to live here. The owners of Citypointe Apartments really need to get some professional help in finding a REAL Manager who acts responsibly and follows through with complaints. Read the reviews do not take the YES reviews as a consideration as you can plainly see the management and its leasing staff go to great lengths in trying to improve ratings so as they can keep there jobs.
Citypointe Apartments, Fullerton comes with a big reputation of being the biggest problem in the city. To think it all started from the get-go on building the apartments, check with building inspectors office they will tell you.
Neighbors that white powder dust you keep talking about is cement mortar and can cause cancer if breathed in constantly. Seeing how it is in the air-duct system we are all at risk! Renters Be Warned!
