My apartment had white powder when I moved in, and the girls in the office had a maintenance guy come by and clean up. I haven't gotten any more dust other than what comes in from outside if I've got my balcony door open. I stumbled onto this site hoping to list my poor move in experience, but in reading the reviews and seeing first hand how the office is treated, I'm not sure that my experience is anything to moan about. My move in day there was only one girl in the office. It was an early weekday and she was alone, with people waiting to look around and I had to read through a book like lease before I could get into my apartment. She took the other couple up to the model and all that without explaining my lease very much and holding up my movers. She did however appologize for my inconvenience and offered some hotel trolley to cart small items in and took time to answer questions about my lease. The office seems very professional when some of these rude people are yelling at them in the office for a vandalized car or partiers from the weekend. They cannot yell back when under attack for things they cannot personally control. I do hear all the wild parties that go on. Unfortunately I've never seen any explicit sex acts as descibed in numerous postings here. City Pointe does have some patrol company that I see wandering around every night. I think they do a good job too, sometimes they have the cops come out and that definitely puts an end to it. I am sick of these annoying complaining people that live here. Sick of chatting with them in the elevator and the gym. They just introduce themselves with some snyde complaint and start in hoping you will too. So far I see that the office has their hands full telling the landscapers, maintenance and maids what to do. Not to mention being patient enough to listen to all the complaints they do get and attempt to resolve them all! Good riddance to those of you who want out. Bit of advice, read Pinnacle reviews or even that other apartment complex the Morgan Group has. I was going to rent over at Amerige Pointe but was really put off by the Racist Manager they've got over there. That is the apartment complex from a different world. The Manager won't even see you if you don't look like what she sees in the mirror. The Manager here at City Pointe can at least read, write and communicate in English!! He is a good guy too! Real stand up mans man you'll know when you meet him. So, bye-bye loosers. Take it somewhere else. I'm sure that City Pointe is on the right track. They don't want to trick you to move in only to here you complain for 12 months straight. Think about that and if you can't deal with a lively environment pick another place. I don't want more loosers as neighbors!!

Citypointe your lack of public relation skills really shows when take the time out to try and combat with another person's review. Citypointe give in and get a new job and send in some real professional leasing staff and rental manager who will know how to effectively deal with such reviews. If the truth hurts that much perhaps you are not qualified to be a part of the Citypointe Apartments Staff; suggestion move-on in life and get out of the public relation spot light! Citypointe is exactly as the reviews show; One large pile of trash starting with the leasing staff and management of Citypointe. If you people spent more of your time correcting all the bad things at Citypointe as you do in reporting back and combating with a person's review, just maybe things might get corrected. Good going Citypointe Management and Leasing Staff for pointing out your true ignorance.
