The real dirt on Citypointe Apartments

First of all I like to address the very candid reviews made by no other then Citypointe Management and Leasing staff. If you can find so much time to reply to reviews in the fashion you have been doing; why can you not find the time to fix the real problems that do exist here at Citypointe. All of your positive reviews only reflect your own ignorance in trying to boast your ratings in the Rental Review Guide. It becomes very apparent that your attempts are failing and your rating will continue to slip and fall. Try not to spark inner-building wars for you will only lose to all the people who have gathered a large committee to go over the problems at Citypointe and address them to your district office in San Diego.

Perspective new tenants do not allow the positive reviews cloud your mind into believing Citypointe Apartments are any of good. All of the negative reviews are accurate and correct. Many tenants are very upset at the way the management and leasing staff ignore the most obvious of problems. The manager and the leasing staff only care about one thing; that being renting apartments and not responding to complaints and fixing such complaints.

Citypointe Apartments are in a total chaotic state in which the management and leasing staff know but choose to turn their heads to these problems. It is very sad to respond to a negative review especially by the Citypointe management and leasing staff personnel. That is the biggest problem with the management and leasing staff here at Citypointe. All they ever do is sit in the leasing office and ignore the tenants who complain. They lye in wait for the next victim to sign a leas agreement just to be able to show they are doing there jobs. There jobs consist more then just filling apartments and it?s called managing the apartment building. The building is not that large but yet they find it a total obstacle to deal with complaints. They lack the knowledge of any public relation skills to effectively deal with the problems some tenants are causing. Good tenants try to relay information to the leasing office and the management but they are met by superficial people who do not care and will not help you in any way.

Citypointe Apartments are one of the worse apartments in the City of Fullerton; the constant fire alarms going off at all hours of the night, college parties, tenants and friends using the hallways after hours as a place to ride bicycles, scooters and skateboards. I have been hit once by these ignorant little college kids who think this place is one big playground. It is a total risk to step out of your own front door and go into the hallways. It is ridiculous to pay such high rent per month and have to put up with this sort of behavior. It is not found even in your older apartments so why should Citypointe Apartments, being brand new, allow such activities.

The constant parties from Thursday night on into the early morning hours of Monday happen every weekend. The drunken junior college people, some for whom do not even live here at Citypointe roam the building in a drunken, loud manner. Tossing what ever they had in their stomach?s all over the common hallway floors. They harass other tenants constantly, sometimes even trying to bully tenants. Citypointe is a real disgrace to society. If they wish to build a junior college dorm house why do they not advertise it correctly so tenants looking positive atmosphere can avoid such problems'

They do have a walking security guard who walks once and most of the time is too intimidated to confront large crowds of college kids to break up a party or some just doing wrong things. The parking is a total chaotic mess with abandoned vehicles, making tenants search long and hard for a parking place. It is common to have your car vandalized by the local gang who lives on the property; it is also very common to have your vehicle hit by another vehicle. Fullerton Police Department is quite aware of the numerous complaints and response calls to Citypointe. The police department has sent letters of warning to the leasing office but as one officer put it, ?Your manager of this building ignores letters from the city?. I found that to be quite a statement; the officer could only say ?it is private property and it is up to the management company to take actions?.

Citypointe Apartments is not a place for one to relax and call it home for the neighbors will soon make it clear it is not a quiet living environment. Sexual activities seem to be the latest craze; while displaying such acts in the hallways and allowing friends to film such sexual encounters. Stray far from the hot-tub for who knows what might be in that bubble of a toilet. It is really a bad situation here. City of Fullerton Counsel is looking into allegations right now is will consider legal action against Citypointe Apartments if this situation is not fixed.

In regards to the ?white-powder dust? that keeps lingering around in your apartment, just to let you know that the City of Fullerton Building Department is very aware of the situation and they call is cement mortar dust. The official from the City of Fullerton building Department, named Hodi, has made claim that breathing in this cement mortar dusk is a huge risk to your person and will cause cancer.

Perspective tenants don?t get caught up in something you will regret; the management and leasing staff do not care about complaints. The Citypointe leasing staff and management only care about collecting of rent and leasing apartments, as they come available.

I highly do not recommend Citypointe Apartments to anyone. If the leasing staff and management respond quickly to negative reviews it does show a pattern of complete cover-up of the truth. The ?NO? reviews highly outrank the ?YES? reviews take a look for yourself and you will see that the ?YES? reviews are done by inside management trying to cover the problems that currently exist at Citypointe Apartments.

To Citypointe Apartment management and leasing staff it is very rude and condescending of you to act in this behavior. Try fixing the problems and not wish for people who write negative reviews about Citypointe to move-out. There are over 100 tenants you are dealing with who have utter-disregard and dismay for the Manager and the Leasing Staff. As the saying goes your can run but you can not hide, the truth will prevail! Your tennis court Citypointe!
