I leased a Georgetown Apartment earlier this year, I had not known about the apartment review section for if I had I would have never leased an apartment here at Citypointe! At Citypointe you find the rudest Leasing Office Staff Members including the building Manager.

They are two faced individuals whose only care is to win rating and lease apartments.

They show no follow through skills and have no knowledge on handling a crisis situation.

Yes I did say a crisis situation; living here at Citypointe has gone from bad to down right ugly.

The things that go on after the leasing office closes and on the weekends are total chaos.

Drunken college punks saying nasty words to tenants that walk by, blocking hallways trying to intimidate tenants from using that hallway to get to your own apartment is the worse case scenario you must put up with living here.
Guys and girls urinating in public hallways, having sexual inner course while having their buddys film it all is just beyond ones thinking.

The police are constantly around trying to get things under control but only to leave and have the parties start up again.

The college youths find this very funny and then they go that extra mile to pull the fire alarms for fun.

Walk outside of your apartment on a weekend and find used condoms on the ground is so disgusting; yet you complain about these things to the leasing office and all you get is snide looks and a chuckle of a laugh as they tell you they will look into the situation.

The manager acts oblivious to any and all complaints trys to play it up good in the leasing office but does nothing to curb the situation.

Im a guy and I can relate to university life, the partys that come with such life but we are dealing with junior college youths who think they own the entire building.

Citypointe made a good bait and switch situation, from what it sounds like to many tenants, besides me.

A tenant committee has been formed to take such actions into there own hands.

Over a 100 people currently make up this committee and are working diligently with City of Fullerton Officials and Counsel Members.

Parking is a total nightmare come Thursday night on as the junior college youths arrive home with friend in tow parking where tenants park.

Citypointe has a security person who walks the floors but will not confront large gathering of youths.

The security is useless here at Citypointe.

We all pay high rent here at Citypointe and this is what we get in return.

A total lack a disregard for good tenants by the leasing staff and manager.

Ana active gang runs the 4th floor of this building and you do not wish to cross them, they will confront you personally and also somehow they find your car and key it badly as pay-back.
Citypointe manager and leasing staff instead trying to over shadow bad reviews written by current tenants dont you think you time would best be suited in trying to fix the multiple problem areas.

Trash-chutes that have no ventilation with trash disposed everywhere; the smell is very bad and the stagnant air is just intolerable.

Maybe we should form a committee to place the manager and the leasing staff head first down the trash-chutes to see just what we are talking about.

Every word you say to them goes unheard and not addressed.

They put out a bulletin on peoples doors about being loud and partys' Citypointe are you people serious about your work, do you actually think these youths take time out to read junk mail' Try to think, better yet leave and allow a real management team to take charge to restore harmony!
People if you are thinking about leasing an apartment here at Citypointe it would be wise to read all of the NO reviews and realize that all of the YES reviews have been done by the leasing office and management to make things look better.

Nothing can make Citypointe look better until those who are disruptive and destructive evicted immediately.

People it is not safe here, do not allow Citypointe leasing staff or management to try and cover it up on you.

This is no place to live; unless your into party, party, party and lets not forget the sexual films being made in public hallways.

Fun stuff peopleNOT! Citypointe gets a BIG FAT F- GRADE RATING!

Funny, the biggest complainers are notoriously the worst writers. I guess this proves college students get laid and an education, but middle aged geeks living in an apartment don’t.
Maybe an adult education class would help with both your problems.
