I sat down and read almost every review on this site.

It is clear to me that the complaints are without question written by the same individual.

The broken grammar and horrendous spelling leaves no doubt in my mind that one person has written most if not all of these reviews.

I see virtually no consistency in the positive reviews and have a very hard time believing that the City Pointe employees would write these outrageous reviews.

I fail to see the gain for City Pointe when even the positive reviews are so bizarre that any thread of believability is lost.

If the Manager and his team intended to flood this site with favorable reviews, I truly believe they would have painted a much different picture.

I also read reviews claiming that people have cancelled their apartment based on the reviews on this site.

I feel sorry for the fool that could be influenced by this mess of a website.

I hope that person stayıs away from the tabloids.

Who knows what mindless decision this human sponge will make next' If you really want to know about City Pointe, here it is.

City Pointe is no better or worse than any other apartments in this area.

The only difference is they made the mistake of renting to a letter writer.
