My experience living here at Citypointe has been one big disappointment after another; to think I have only been here 6 months. I wish I had known about the Apartment Review guide prior to moving in to my ?Georgetown? apartment. It all seemed so good at first a helpful staff and management team until it comes to a complaint.

I have found myself stuck into a lease agreement, which is commonly pushed into your face by the leasing staff. Maintenance Staff is the most irresponsible group I have ever come across. How many monkeys does it take to screw in a light bulb' Well hear at Citypointe it will take not only more then one but even worse to take on such a task only to return 4 times. The Leasing Staff people lack any and all public relation skills, administrative skills and more. This is probably done in part by the Manager who does not care about anything. They all fill you with false promises and then when they are not fore filled they turn on you like rabid dogs. The ignorance of the management and leasing staff is unlike any other apartment I have lived in prior. The manager and Leasing Staff take top bids at a Golden Oscar award for ?Most Ignorant Leasing and Management Staff of an Apartment Building?. Good going Citypointe Management and Leasing Staff.

The constant pranks of pulling fire alarms are quite annoying and a complete nuisance. These individuals who do this are younger pre-college students who dwell into one and two bedroom apartments sharing the high cost of living here at Citypointe. The constant parties and public displays of disorderly conduct are out of control. Security for this building is a total farce and will actually walk the other direction when told of a problem. Every weekend the booze guzzling pre-college people go wild and treat the building terribly; scratching names into elevators and public urinating in the common-hallways is a very terrible thing to live around.

Yes, what you have read in these reviews is quite true; to include the sexual acts that take place and filming of these acts. The Leasing Office Personnel and Management completely ignore any complaint issues and give you constant dirty looks prior to speaking with them and even worse during the actual conversation. Why do the owners, The Morgan Group, Inc. allow these things to take place is beyond me' I have called them directly and complained and get the same run around; but at least I do not have to see any dirty looks just the nasty comments back from the corporate headquarters?.

The Citypointe Apartments are nothing what they appear from the outside; then again just take a look around the side of the building and you will meet face to face with the homeless who sleep in the bushes. My only hope is down the road when my lease expires I guess; for now I will have to contend with all the chaos that occurs in and around the apartment building. I would advise anyone looking to rent here to run away fast, do not sign the lease agreement, do not pass go just keep on going by and you can find better properties elsewhere; where the Management really does care about the tenants. The rents are terribly high here and certainly not worth a dime of your money. I would not recommend anyone to ever live here. CITYPOITE you people need to get your act together! I really do not foresee this happening given the people Citypointe has hired to maintain the property. Keep on trucking people Citypointe has no point!
