I don't know if the office discriminated, from my experience I think they are just plain lazy. They are definitely less than helpful. I have seen many people (who have taken off from work or left early) with appointments, show up and not a person is in the office. They definitely are less than helpful to people who live there and always seem crabby. Of course this is when they are actually present in the office during office hours, which is not often.

This review is consistent with our experience. My wife and I called ahead and scheduled an appointment to see a number of apartments. The first thing the young lady at the leasing office told us was that if we called in the morning, it was their answering service and everything we were told was wrong (without a hint of apology). She then proceeded to tell us that there is only a single 1 bedroom available and there is no model to show us. She was curt and was not helpful at all. Being put off by the expereince, we went on to several other apartment properties in the area and when we shared our experience with them, they told us that's what they hear from every prospective tenant who just came from Citypointe. Like this reviewer, we went to Amerige Point and told the agent there about our experience at Citypointe. The agent told us that Cityponte has models for all their homes. The agent speculated that it was likely laziness more than anything. We don't have to mention that we went and rented from somewhere else.

Yeah, I believe they have models for all 4 types of plan. At least I've been to 2 different 1 bedroom plans.

Well im glad were werent the only ones that were treated that bad. I thought we were also discriminated upon but i guess the simple case here is pure lazyness or lack of customer service. My girlfreind and i hunted for apartments on the third of july and one of our stops was the citypointe in fullerton, well prior to visiting the complex we had called the answering service and got info and pics for the place. When we showed up we were greeted with a girl named marcia that quickly gave us a bad vibe, during that period we found out that apparently the service gave us all wrong info and of course no apology was given. Heres the best part we asked to tour the 1 bedroom and she quickly told us that there was none available not even a model to look at and that she had another appointment, (it felt like she really wanted us to leave or something) anyway after a few moments she finally said that there was one unit that was vacant but under renovation and she asked us if we still wanted to see it, of course we said "yeah", she then handed us the keys and gave us directions on how to get there. We basically gave ourselves a tour of the place. So we then decided to look at other places in the area and decided to go back to citypoint after lunch to lock in a place, well when we got back the office was locked up and no one was there. We then looked at more places thinking that she was out to lunch, when we got back at around 4:30 we found that the office was still locked up with no one there to help us.. So for the amount that they want for a 680 sq ft. box you would think that they could hire a better leasing agent then one thats on her rag 24/7
