My life partner had his/her car broken into in the basement parking. I had my car window broken and stuff stolen when car was parked on ramp at ground level. Movie room has been vandalized several times. If you reserve the game room, plan on it being dirty when you get it and the flat panel TV WON'T work. If you have packaged delivered, including medications, don't plan on getting them in a timely manner. When you call to see if they are in - the office will say no, then say, after you insist they look again, THEY WILL FIND IT, MAYBE. The barbecues, are in disrepair BIGTIME. When you call the office the phone rings and rings and rings, and then you go down to the office THEY ARE THERE SURFING THE NET. The office does not keep regular hours, they come and go are they want , not as the customers/residents require. The trash is dumped down a shoot into a room that MIGHT have a dumptster under it and if it is full it just falls on the ground. The smell in the warm months is HUGE. It is a public health problem to the nth degree. The noises from the street, the Thursday night farmers market, the fire station, etc. are HUGE, especially if you are on the outside. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

It is all true. Plus rent is huge and they raise it signifactly every year, even though it is going downhill fast.

The trash chutes do stink. Our was jammed shut for a few days last month so all of the trash was piled on the 4th floor, poor tenant next to that stink pile. It finally got fixed are a few days later. Also, it is common to see holes punced in the drywall here from the rowdies...do not confront them or you will be assaulted! Also, when our computer showed up via UPS, my wife needed help to get it up to our apt, but mgmt was put out to assist, even though they comment in their literature concierge service--and 5 star--yeah right. PS: I would have helped but they close at 6 and are closed on Sunday.
