I've been living here almost 2 years and it has been pretty good. It's little expensive for what it has become though. When I first moved in, it was clean and very quite, maybe because it was just brand new. But like other reviewers experiences, it has become some what of frat house environment. There are quite of few vandalisms, I saw broken car glasses, beer bottles, broken apartment emergency escape plaques, trash, cigarette butts in front of my door and hall ways, spits and so on. It's a shame. I really enjoyed first year. I can sense that there are lot of students living here with their multiple roommates or friends crashing. I do understand that it's due to this apartment being right next to Fullerton college and other universities near by. So yeah, it can be loud at times in hallways. I do love the location and things near by, the amenities are very good (washer and dryer, huge bathroom and tub, game room, media room, good floor planning, etc.) and their handyman is very kind and on top of things. But I guess if you have a jacka$$ for neighbors, it can be crappy. Personally I really didn't have any problems with loud noises from my neighbors. It has been pretty quiet. And since it's summer, it seems as though all those students are gone. Hopefully it'll be okay next semester.
