First of all...
if you are complaining of people drinking, and having fun - we don't want you to live here anyway! We only want young fun people to live here.
No uptight oldies please! I have lived at City Pointe since it opened and it is the BEST place I have ever lived.
I have only had minute problems that were rectified immediately.
I am approaching the signing of my 3rd lease and am fortunate to do so! Lame residents need to quit b*tching and enjoy life for what it's worth.
If you are sitting around b*tching about City Pointes fun and youthful occupants - GET A LIFE! Learn to enjoy fun and don't be so uptight! Fill up your cocktail glass and dont forget the sugared rim& Ill see you in the courtyard!

Yeh right, and you're full of crap too. Enjoy yourself but don't bug others with vandalism, yelling while others sleep, having your buddies pull the fire alarm so when there is a real fire we assume it is false, spitting on the floor so we have to walk around it, playing music loudly to disturb the peace (well, there isn't peace here), etc.

It is obvious that these raving complimentary remarks are from part of the problem at Citypoint. I am currently living here and am pretty dissatisfied. I am paying top dollar for a very nice and very small place that is conveniently located to the train station. That is about the only compliment I can dish up. There are a lot of young college types here that could care less about their loud intoxicated rantings at 3am. Everything around here echos. And I cannot begin to tell you how different the environment is between May and August compared to when school is in session. This place erupts with late night noise, party litter all over the place and yes unfortunately, the distinct smell of urine in the stairwells and if you can believe it, even in the elevators every so often. It just has not been worth it to live here, at least not for the size of the rent they want. Can you believe the management has even proposed a 15% rent hike for my flat over just one year??!! They say it is due to this crazy market. God help me. The turn over is nothing short of incredible here and I promise you, sincerely, if you are looking for a nice refuge to call home for a while you will not find it here. Please take heed of this. You'll be kicking yourself if you don't.
