Overpriced College Dorms

Save your money unless you are a college student and share the apartment with others. When I lived there for 1/2 year, there were about 4 false fire alarms around 1 to 3 am. Once a real fire that we didn't know actually was going on as we quit believing the alarms. The wooden structure means you hear your neighbor walling above you and that gets old real quick when they start their day at 5 am above you. Also, vomit could be found sometimes on the elevator or in the hallway. While I wished the building was for more mature people that isn't going to happen so unless you are a student or don't mind living like one, stay away from this place.

I live here now and what you have said is pretty much correct. I never thought they'd fix that darn gate for the errr...secure? parking area. Seems like we share that same sensation of "I can't wait to get out of here." It is unfortunate because I like the location. I chose this place because of the window dressing it was sold to me under as well as the proximity to the train station. Well, all that stuff has lost it's appeal due to all of the other problems at this complex. Your phrase coining this place as a dorm is sadly way too true. You'd think the high rent would keep certain people out but obviously if you split the rent between enough people any low life could get in here.
