The maintenance staff is wonderful ! With new management, things are great ! The gym is awesome...the pool is a bit noisy during the summer, but not too bad. I have lived here for almost 3 years and I am sad to leave. The location is wonderful...walking distance to bars and restaurants!!! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I agree that this place is nice. I have lived here 4 years myself. I can't say I agree that the new management staff is great though. In my opinion, I don't really see any significant changes since they took over. The only thing I have seen is a major rent increase and specials being offered to new renters and not to current renters when resigning our leases. I think most people would agree that $1700 is too much rent to charge for a 1-bedroom apartment that is under 700 sq ft. My rent is increasing over $100/month with no upgrades being made to justify this. It may be a nice area to live, but the rent increases make it impossible to stay.
