Citypointe

 

Citypointe is one of the nicer apartments to live in and washer and dryer in each apartment is a plus.

The downtown location is also a plus.

However these accomidations are at quite a cost.

I moved out because they are raising my $1755 rent to over $1900 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath.

(for a lease, not month to month.) When I first moved in 2006 the place looked pretty clean and well kept.

However over the two years I lived there, things have gradually been getting worse.

The stair wells stink and stains of who knows what can be on the walls and floor.

Elevators are accumulating grafiti.

The trash chute rooms require nothing less that a haz mat suit to go in.

Dont get me wrong.

The landscaping and pool area look great and are about the only things that are well maintained.

Everything looks upscale, its just the fact that stains and spots are everywhere.

Picture having a brand new BMW and have a big piece of poop right on the hood.

A quick turnoff right'!.

Thats pretty much how I feel about citypointe.

Has a lot of potential but with things going the way they are I cant imagine how the place will look in another 2 years.

Last the management and office staff are the worst I have seen anywhere.

They make you feel like your getting robbed everytime you talk to them.

They will tell you anything over the phone or in person (after you sign a lease) to prevent them from have to do any work.

I wanted to check to make sure I had no more mail 2 days after I moved out.

Before even asking what apartment I lived in, he quickly rushed to the conclusion that someone already moved in the apartment.

HOW LAZY!!
