Citypointe is superficially luxurious.
They do enough to claim luxury, but it's done at a minimal level.
Examples...
The kitchen appliances have that modern, stainless steel look (nice!), but they're entry-level models that are noisy and lack fancy functionality (disappointing!).
They have a security guard (nice!), but he only works a few hours per day and never seems to be around when a late-night disturbance arrupts (disappointing!).
There's a fitness room with A/C, towels, and water (nice!), but the A/C is never set appropriately, there are rarely towels available, and the water and/or cups are rarely available (disappointing!).
I could go on and on...
Basically, you pay for the location.
If my rent were $300 less per month, I would have nothing to complain about.
However, they charge top tier, luxury rates for a mediocre facility that just happens to be in a fun part of town.

Would you still give them 3 out of 5?
