Citypointe is superficially luxurious. They do enough to claim luxury, but it's done at a minimal level. Examples... The kitchen appliances have that modern, stainless steel look (nice!), but they're entry-level models that are noisy and lack fancy functionality (disappointing!). ... more

Citypointe is one of the nicer apartments to live in and washer and dryer in each apartment is a plus. The downtown location is also a plus. However these accomidations are at quite a cost. I moved out because they ... more
