i've lived here for a year and a half because i am a poor student and its super cheap and by school, but now i'd rather starve than live here anymore. Anything maintainance "fixes" is just ghetto-rigged by some guy off the street. I'm moving because the psychotic manager and the list of things to fix would take them a year. i also have termites, which is not covered under tenants rights so i need to get the hell out.
