This place is affordable... and it's about the only place in OC that offers a 2b/1.5bath with double covered carports for $1275... as well as 2 pools and a hot tub, and gated. It's a pretty old building and things need to be replaced as they break but the maintenance guy is really nice and fixes things pretty quick. There is a new manager now and she is much nicer than Linda! The only thing bad here might be a loud neighbor that smokes.
