Love it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004 1 response   Great rent rate. Extremely quiet. No groups of noisy teenagers and very few children. All the tenants are full time, working professionals. Large dogs allowed and you never, ever hear barking. Friendly, courteous, very attentive onsite management. Tony works nonstop. Large apartments, all the same garden level floor plans with large backyards. Air conditioning could be better and the apartment interiors need to be updated, especially for those of us who have been here forever. A larger laundry facility would also be great. Basically a crime free neighborhood with a great park right across the street. A hidden little gem! Good luck getting in here as us tenants never leave! We all average about 15 years that we have been here. So they must be doing something right.
