Idylwood Apartments

Status of the Idylwood From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Be careful what you pay for. This place seems to go up and down with the type of management the owner hires. The last husband and wife manager were extremely aweful. They treated the place like a strict mom and dad and the tenants were the immature, unwise kids. The new manager is great, but mellow in the sense that he's not out knit-picking the tenants and visitors to stur up trouble (Aweful People!). He is also more relaxed on many of the issues. The buildings are decaying as well as the insides. The cost is not worth it too. Plus the crime in fullerton and surrounding brea is climbing thus spilling into residences like these.
