I have lived at Idylwood for four years and absolutely love it! BUT...my lease is about to expire and they are not renewing it. They will not tell me why. I have been an excellent tenant. I have refered people here and rave about it constantly.
I consulted an attorney and unless you have an automatic renewal clause in your lease they can't chose to not renew your lease and don't have to give you a reason. I think this totally stinks!
For the record, Susan the manager is wonderful. She has been nothing but helpful. Her boss is another story. I wouldn't recommend dealing with her if you can help it. She is cold and rude! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
