I didn't move there but I was curious about the apartment because the rating is high. The day I walked in, the salesman, I mean... the manager, was very nice. He showed us around, he is a cool guy. I wanted to live there but my friend told me he caught the manager lied. The manager just started working there, according to what he said but he made himself looked good by saying he knows a lot about the apartment, even its history. We purposely asked him some questiones, like a guy complaint in this website earlier, the rent. The manager said he haven't been seeing a big increase for a whole year...
Be honest with you, we asked the same questions to all the managers but most of them don't know the answers. If they don't know, just honestly tell people "I don't know". Don't make up stories and later on people found that was a lie. That's not cool.
i walked out the apartment and I was discussing with my friend. We both agree that he should be a car salesman.
