Quiet Retreat for Newlyweds

This is a beautiful, quiet, gated complex with ponds/streams, fountains, fish, ducks etc. The fountains effectively eliminate the nearby freeway noise. Interesting layouts - not typical box-like apartments. GREAT sound insulation between units. Very limited street parking, but reserved resident spaces behind gates. We've rented as newlyweds for 5 months and love it. With water everywhere, this is not a place for small children.
