i lived there about 3 years after i got married. its not bad. the layout is nice, the fountains are cool and the neighbors just like anywhere are hit and miss, some good some not so good. office staff was helpful, rent was ok. not too bad at all.
the ONLY bummer that we lived on the deerpark side, so if we came home late in the evening and we took the car that wasnt in our carport, we were in a bad spot to find parking....oh yeah and the ducks....when they crap on your wood patio deck, it gets really slippery
