Couldn't wait to get out.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived there for over a year, the first year was fine. A few maintenence issues they were extremely slow to fix, but pretty good other than that. Then the entire management staff went down the drain. My apartment flooded twice due to slab leaks, took them FOREVER to fix it. They never even repaired somethings or painted the walls where the plumbers had to break through the sheetrock. They are going to have serious plumbing problems in the future. When it was time to move out, they had fired the entire management staff, brought in new people, and I had to give them pictures of the water damage to prove it even happened or they were going to charge us for it!! Parking for visitors totally sucks. They have A/C, but in general the place was overly hot the electric bills were too high to keep the place cool. I loved the layout of the apartment, my garage was great, and the ducks were fun to feed, but it wasn't worth the maintenence issues and the fact that every new lease had an increase in rent. We got our damage deposit back except for about $50 which was nice. My advice, stay away until a new management team is in place perminately, or they sell it (which was the rumor when I left).
