Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1998
 
6 month leased, and in that 6 months, I had no complaints.
I kept my apt in clean order and recieved a full refund on my security deposit. However, I did pay for a professional carpet cleaning the day before I handed in my keys with the reciept.
I would rent there again, should I live in Fullerton again.
