Deception is the rule thumb at the Pinnacle in Fullerton. You don't get a Leasing Consultant instead they lead you to a Marketing Associate = Leasing Consultant. Instead of hello you are greeted with "Do you have an appointment" then when you say no the snub there noses to you and say it will be just a moment. As the marketing Consultant goes back to the private phone conversation of someone they know personally; ex: girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, wife, children. After finishing up this private non-business related phone call they finally get to you. First they sum you up as a person then immediately they take on an attitude to match what ever personality trait they place upon you. They tour you to the models which happen to be away from the normal everyday residence so as not to hear reality. They give you all the sales pitch possible with all the promises of the world. They lack in shoing you every aspect of the property do to the fact they have no clue as to where it may be. They tell you of the sub-parking and assure you parking is no problem. They make claims that all apartments are to condo specs but upon move in you will find out just the opposite. The walls are paper-thin you can hear your neighbors quite well, even while they go to the restroom. They say the parking is first come first serve but they fail to tell you that the parking totally out of control. They claim you can only have one car per one bedroom apartment and two cars for 2 bedroom apartments. Sense nobody really monitors this situation the college kids take full advantage of this and take up all the parking even the parking located outside the complex. The weekends are the worse, it is one big college noise party. College folks screaming up and down hallways and from balcony to balcony. The music starts at 7pm and goes all night until 6am. Residence have to put up with foul smells of urine/barf from party goers who do this down hallways. This place is more like a dorm then a highly over priced apartment. If you happen to find a spot out side the complex to park you take the risk of your car being broken into. Cars are frequently broken into while in the underground parking; management claims its not their responsibility. Management and these Marketing Consultants have no clue as to anything that goes on after normal business hours. If you complain it goes in one ear out the other. Talk to the manager and you will get a very rude response. Air quility is something to be said; unless of course you enjoy the smell of the college kids smoking cigarettes, marihuana, crystal meth. Yes do not live on top of these people the smell goes straight up to the next apartment with a door or window open. You can not enjoy fresh air unless you like second hand smoke from all sources of legal and illegal substances. Gangs run rampid throughout the complex, they strong hold people in the sub-garaging areas. They will stand in open car spaces to hold for there friends making you go else where. One bedrooms are commonly filled with 4 to 6 people and two bedrooms are filled with 8 to 10 people. Management/Marketing Consultants do not check on complaints instead ignoring the compaints and allowing a brand new apartment high-rise take a falling dip into the ghetto. Trash deposit areas are filthy and people miss the shoots half the time and leave what ever trash that falls on the ground on the ground. The trash shoots smell terribly for nothing is cleaned. The "heated pool" yes let s see here 75% water and 25% urine. The pool parties are so loud they ecko throughout the buildings. Think not twice but once do not live here unless you enjoy the college fraternity life,naked males and females running up and down hallways, being extremely rude to others around them cursing at times at you and even threatening you. Maybe college kids is a step to far to say maybe we have high school kids running a muck. The smell of oriental people cooking can literally make you gag. Maintenance is well..participating in the fun instead of fixing actual problems. Noise from vehicles is very loud but not to worry the college kids will drain out some of that noise for you. Maintenance staff is lazy, has to come back 2 to 3 times, they enter your apartment without notice. I was asleep one late morning, I work very late hours, and was woken by a maintenance person walking into my room. After seeing me he just looked and walk out of my room and stated, "I'm here to fix the dishwasher" Since when is a dishwasher located in ones bedroom' I complained to management and it was in one ear and out the other. The real you in until you sign that lease and then its "who are you" and a I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. It seem's Pinnacle Apartments are all the same because the "South Coast Metro" Santa Ana Pinnacle has the very same issues. Pinnacle hides behind there desk and model apartments and forget about the rest of the people. Oh they try to put on the smile like they care but nothing gets accomplished. Do not rent here, do not pass go, do not collect your security deposit for they will keep it even when you had only lived in your apartment for 2 months' My apartment was very much untouched but yet I call for my deposit and its always the same, "I will have someone get back with you". Good luck people beware Pinnacle Fullerton is not what it appears. transients are always around sleeping within the underground parking or outside in the bushes urinating when and where ever they wish, the smell is terrible then they ask you for money as they look at your car. You don't pay up they will do something to your vehicle; slashing tires to keying yur paint. The most ridiculous place a person can ever live for the kind of money they ask. Simple solutions Pinnacle staff do you job and if you can't get some security that can not that it will cure the situation for as like most apartments strong presents at first then it goes away but yet the tenants will keep on paying for that extra luxury just like the heated pool, heated by human urine. Typical Fullerton Trash Hidden behind walls so law enforcement has no clue. Does anyone know how to manage an apartment building' Pinnacle, and all of Irvine Apartment Communities apartment communities certainly don't, the rest of the Companies Morgan Group, Archstone, BRE Properties, Lyon, I think they all went to the same school of learning how to mis-manange apartments and like the blind leading the blind they pass these traits down to the property managers and leasing consultants. All of these property management companies all have strong promises for quality living but they do not know the meaning of the two words "quality" & "LIVING". Seek better sources for apartment life Condo's & houses rent for the same price and you will get much more for you money. Think before you SIGN OR PAY THE PRICE OF LIVING IN HELL! No I am not a disgruntle person in life but I do believe you should get what you pay for and not have to put up with such activites by younger adults acting foolishly and disturbing others. It's unfair to those who obey the rules and only have the amount of people stated on the lease. Unlike the college kids who band together to pay the high price in rent and the Management/Marketing Consultants actually believe they will only have one or two cars MAX as stated in the lease agreement. It's a domino effect they need a strong person with better then average personal skills, follow through skills to regain control. A Corporate Business Official who can stand up with a no tollerance policy as stated in the lease. Give an inch people will take more then a mile but a complete brand new apartment complex/communities.
