This place is the biggest nightmare. From paper-thin walls to people creaming up and down the hallways; it;s a regular fraternity house. Many college students live here and so comes the friends and then the friends of the friends. One bedrooms turn into 4 bedrooms 2 turn into 6 bedrroms as the college kids cram everyone into one apartment so as to make the rent every month. Parking is a mess with all the over flow of cars from the dwellers who are not signed on the leases. The leasing office staff sheds a blind eye and a hearing impaired to all of this. Thursday through early monday morning begins the parties from one floor to the next. You can hear the college kids screaming, fighting and getting sick in the middle of the hallways. The college refuge even leaves beind urine soaked walls and everything from beer bottles and cans to condoms. I live alone and I am a female, I came home one evening at 9pm and caught 3 guys having sex with one girl. They even brought a video camera to record the event. It seems video porn is being filmed right on premises. You can see and hear the college people all through the night coming and going. Who needs cable TV with all this adult entertainment. I complained to the leasing office twice, upon my first visit the stated they would look into it; which never happened. Upon my second visit to the leasing office the leasing staff stated they will look into the matter and then proceeded to tell me that this is an apartment building and they can not control everything. They brushed me off, showed total disregard to my concerns. I had spoken with a few other residents who have the same complaints and told me that the management just allows anything to happen. I would not recommend this place to anyone of sound mind, but if it is sound you are looking for you will get plenty of sound here at the Pinnacle, everything from loud music to parties, sexual activities in the common hallways. I can not wait until my 6 month leas is up I did not sign up to be in a fraternity house or some sort of sorority house. Parking is a nightmare and the college kids make it a point to tell you where you can and can not park for if you break their rules you find your tires slashed or the paint on your car keyed! Quickly run the other way for the management and leasing personnel are so friendly and helpfull until you sign the lease once signed anything youhave to say goes unheard. DO NOT RENT HERE! WARNING IT'S NOT WHAT IT APPEARS.
