The place for people who love not to sleep

3rd time this week - a false fire alarm. And please note, this is not just some silly little noise that you can ignore by putting your pillow over your head. No, the noise is so intense you automatically acquire a headache after a few minutes - very high pitched, very loud. It takes 30 minutes in this hell before the service staff (that require you to make a formal service request) have a guy here who is able to turn off the noise. Simply amazing. Management does not apologize when these alarms occur - they simply send out notices to people that it is extremely forbidden to turn one's alarm of in the apartment with a hammer or similar. Really.
While I am at it, I'll just mention the common vandalization that takes place here, meaning for instance that one of our elevators has now been unusable for a week. Or the mandatory theft of door mats as another annoying detail - you cannot have a door mat for more than a few weeks before it gets stolen.
Uh, the below rating of office staff does not apply to the one lady able to provide service, I don't remember her name, but she's the only blonde I have seen there. But otherwise we have had several fights with the leasing office about packages delivered from e.g. UPS, where they insist they did not receive any package - but when threatening with police, they suddenly could find the package somewhere. Could name a few more cases of bad service, mostly related to the people there being rude and unconcerned about requests.
