I wholeheartedly agree with gammelby. I have lived here for almost a year & am willing to pay an extra month of rent elsewhere to be out before the lease is up (it's $2000 plus rent to break a lease). I cannot wait to leave. The alarms go off at least once a week, and sometimes more than once a day. The sound is as gammelby described, ear-splitting. I am afraid I now have permanent damage to my ears. On top of the unlivable noise level, they have held packages with urgent documents for over 3 months, as well as other packages (perishables) without any notification of arrival. I am normally very even-tempered and understanding of extenuating circumstances, but this was absurd. I confronted a woman in the office & she told me it was a "courtesy" to hold any shipped packages & it was not their job to let us know a package had arrived. Who's job is it then' I'm not a psychic! I told her it was not "courteous" to hold a package & not notify the person for whom it was for!
I will be leaving a month early, paying rent for the month I will not be here, and paying rent at another place, as well as a large deposit. That's paying over 3 months worth of rent all in one month - just to get out of here as fast as I can!

Finally, as if the above wasn't enough, this place has the nerve to charge $2,400 per month for a two bedroom apartment!!! I found a three bedroom single family home in Irvine for the same amount!! Ridiculous!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that in my one year of living at Pinnacle at Fullerton, five vehicles have been broken into in the underground parking lot - all within one night. The gate which is supposed to be shut at all times was left open for three weeks allowing anyone to just walk in. This place is horrible. The staff is unpleasant and completely unsympathetic. Besides that, the place is GREAT!! If you couldn't tell, I am being sarcastic!! Stay away at all costs.
