I would agree with most, if not all, of the previous reviews. There are both positives and negatives about this apartment complex. It is in a good location, easily within walking distance of downtown Fullerton. That's about it for the positives. Now for the negatives... there is no understating that there is a terrible noise problem. There are constant fire alarms that go off. The complex is full of loud students who clearly have not yet reached maturity. They get obnoxiously drunk and think that it is cool to walk around and damage property, trip fire alarms, etc. There have been problems with cars getting broken in. And the worst part is that if you try to get the management to take care of any of these problems, you may be waiting a long time. Management is much more worried about their revenue than making the complex friendly to their residents. One example...if ups/fedex leaves a package at the leasing office, the office makes no effort to let you know. So, their have been multiple times when we have had a package sitting in the office for months without any notification. Does it take any effort to let people know they have a package'' Not really, but it points to the lack of respect exhibited by this management. My lease runs out in the next couple of months and I can't wait to get out of here. This is just my opinion, but I believe that it is shared by many of our current tenants.

I personally have never lived anywhere where they call you to let you know you have a package. I would think it was my responsibility to check. Usually UPS will leave a note on my door and notify me to go to the office. That is unless you live in a hotel of course.
