If you're rude, like to play loud music all day and all night, and like to overpay go live at Haver Hill.
Only stay here if you like a very quiet place with very quiet people. To me, solitude is priceless. I would pay anything just to keep it quiet forever. We've been here for 1.5 years in two different apartments in two different buildings. Both were quiet, clean, and very attractive.
Good value. Good management. Good neighbors.
Old apartment complex, but well-maintained and attractive. Great parking access. Can rent extra space.
Nice, helpful staff intent on keeping this a very nice and quiet place. They want you here and want you to be happy. If there's a loud neighbor late at night you can call the security and someone will address the problem. It can be done anonymously without having "neighbor" problems. This is wonderful. This place is quiet. I hope it lasts.
