This has got to be one of the worst apartments we have ever stayed at. I will say the positives first: they JUST hired security because car thefts were bad, and the maintance is reliable. The apartment is under constant repair because everything breaks (including washer's & dryers, doors, and appliances). Parking is annoying, especially on weekends and the office staff is very unhelpful. The worst problem is the walls. They are so thin, that i can hear conversations in the hallway and can also smell my neighbor's smoke. My Neighbor has called the POLICE several times, complaining about my "suround sound system" being too loud. The police aive to find out thats the noise isnt even us, but the people ABOVE us.
