I tried to call them at around 12:45am because my neighbors were noisy ... but no one was there to pick up the phone...all I got was their voice mail. So I left a message. And 2am in the morning the neighbors were still talking out on the balcony and laughing , so I tried to call the patrol company again...guess what' Same thing...no one pick up the phone!!!! What's the deal'''
