This place sucks

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
My senior citizen parents live here and the management is non stop harassment, failing appliances, rude service, stuff stolen from their porch, their next door neighbor has a dirt bike in their apartment. This place violates the housing laws and federal fair housing laws. They jacked the rent after 6 months by $150. People move out all the time and my parents are next I hope.
