This place appears nice on the outside and upon first visit, but everything about it is just the opposite. Noise is a serious issue, with people blasting their music at all hours. I have also had problems getting ahold of office staff during regular work hours... and when I call they don't return my phone calls. No one is there when they say they will be, and I even waited around for awhile just in case they stepped out for a couple minutes- but that was not the case. The new manager is nice and will work with you, but you have to get ahold of him first which is the tricky part. Also, the biggest thing, I had a maintenance worker repair a leaky faucet one afternoon and when I returned, my laptop computer was mysteriously missing! It still has not shown up... I wonder what happened to that. If you do decide to move in here, you definitely need A LOT of patience and the full coverage of renters insurance so you can get your stolen belongings back. I have also heard of multiple cars being broken into, so this is definitely not a safe place to live!
