I felt as if I were staying in a hotel because of the hallways I would have to walk down to get to my place. The apartments were nice inside, but not all that appealing outside. Parking was fine, but apparently not that safe, as I knew someone who caught a guy breaking into a car and stealing the gate remote, probably just to sell so others could casually come in and break into other cars. The noise level was alright. The AC was located only in the living room and it got very hot during the summer. Not very comfortable. After converting from coin to card wash, the washers seemed to get smaller and the dryers seemed to not dry your clothes completely. Maintenance was great, staff was nice. I would rate RC Briarwood overall a 6.
